Terms & Conditions — JSM888 Platform Rules & Player Obligations

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and JSM888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://jsm888.cam ("the Platform").

JSM888 has operated as a trusted online entertainment platform serving Malaysian players since 2016. We provide access to live casino games, sports betting markets, video slots, fishing games, crash titles, and related online gaming products. All services offered through the Platform are intended exclusively for personal entertainment purposes.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the JSM888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. The Company will request identity documentation to verify age where required.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not enrolled in any self-exclusion programme that would restrict your ability to gamble online.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of JSM888 or any of its affiliated game or software providers.

JSM888 reserves the absolute right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details at all times. The Company reserves the right to close any Account where materially false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is identified.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

• All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• JSM888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any request for your password is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

Prior to processing a first withdrawal, JSM888 will require the completion of KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid MyKad (for Malaysian residents), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of the payment method used to fund the Account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

JSM888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), GrabPay, and cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20 and BTC. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposit requests are generally processed immediately upon submission, subject to the processing times of the selected payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during normal operating hours. Most MYR withdrawal requests via e-wallets and DuitNow are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX typically complete within 30–60 minutes during business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take 15–60 minutes depending on network conditions.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• JSM888 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements. Attempts to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying these requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus.
• The Company does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own network or service fees, for which the Company bears no responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

JSM888 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and a tiered VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotional terms expressly provide otherwise.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — towards the completion of Wagering Requirements. Full contribution rates are set out in the relevant promotional terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds not wagered within the time period specified in the promotional terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Abuse: JSM888 reserves the right to withdraw, withhold, or void any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Player is exploiting a promotion, using multiple accounts, or acting in bad faith.

JSM888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company's interpretation of promotional rules is final and binding in all cases of dispute.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. The Company provides no guarantee of winnings and bears no liability for losses incurred through legitimate gameplay.
• Displayed odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Bets are accepted at the odds current at the moment of confirmation, not at the time the slip was first opened.
• JSM888 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed in error, where odds are manifestly incorrect, or where the integrity of a market is in question.
• In-play betting is subject to additional rules regarding network latency. The Company cannot guarantee that in-play bets will be accepted in real time and reserves the right to void bets where a material event has already occurred at the time of placement.
• For live casino games, the outcome of each round is determined by the game provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live-stream results. JSM888 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes in any manner.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or wager, the Company's records shall be the primary reference. JSM888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently, with a typical response time of 5–10 business days.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JSM888 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening, operating, or in any way facilitating the use of multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or in the name of any third party.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players for the purpose of exploiting markets, bonuses, or game mechanics.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate gameplay in any manner.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game bugs, system vulnerabilities, or display errors (commonly referred to as "gnoming") to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing conduct towards JSM888 staff or other platform users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the JSM888 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trade marks, game interfaces, promotional materials, and textual content — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content in whole or in part.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may additionally give rise to civil or criminal liability. JSM888 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in respect of any intellectual property infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JSM888 excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or Force Majeure events.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your Account where you have failed to maintain password security.
• Any loss arising from changes to promotions, odds, game availability, or Platform features.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

JSM888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Engagement in any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gambling tools.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found and the Account is closed at the Player's own request, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding Bonus Fund obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.

Responsible Gambling

• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your Account. During any self-exclusion period, you will not receive marketing communications from JSM888.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which JSM888 is registered as an operator. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes regarding its existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first contact JSM888's support team to seek resolution through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process. JSM888 undertakes to review and respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
